一、产品性能特点
  该乳化剂采用先进工艺,科学配方合成,具有优良的乳化性能。生产乳化沥青时不用调酸,能乳化各种道路沥青。在公路工程中,用沥青路面的稀浆封层、透层油及基层封层。该沥青乳化剂生产的乳化沥青各项性能指标符合JTG F40-2004的BC-1指标。

5.外观:                半透明粘稠液体或半固态物

三、使用说明
1.各种材料占乳化沥青的比例
  沥青                 不小于55%(根据用途不同)
  乳化剂(实物) 1.0-1.5%
  水              至100%

注:该乳化剂为粘稠状半固态物,比一般乳化剂难溶解,因此皂液水温在65度以上,搅拌时间应延长,直至全部溶解。

四、包装
  XT-R4M型阳离子慢裂快凝沥青乳化剂采用50kg塑料桶或200kg铁桶包装。

五、贮存
  本品放在阴凉通风处,贮存期三年以上。注意防止进入眼睛,和接触皮肤。如发生请及时用流动清水冲洗。
