一、产品性能特点
   该乳化剂采用先进工艺,用量少,乳化能力强,但使用时经过调酸后,能乳化各种道路石油沥青。在公路工程中用于沥青路面的透层油、稀浆封层、冷拌冷铺、表面处治及修补坑槽等。用该沥青乳化剂生产的乳化沥青各项性能指标符合JTG F40-2004的PC-2标准。

三、使用说明
1.各种材料占乳化沥青的比例
   沥青                  喷酒型不小于50%
                           拌和型不小于55-60%
   乳化剂(实物)   1.2-2.0%
   水                     至100%
   PH值                 用盐酸调至1.5-2.5

四、包装
  XT-R3B型阳离子慢裂沥青乳化剂采用50kg或100kg塑料桶包装包装。

五、贮存
  本品放在阴凉通风处,贮存期三年以上。 

  注意防止进入眼睛,和接触皮肤。如发生请及时用流动清水冲洗

       The product adopts advanced technology for synthesis with high cost effective rate. There is no need for acidity, and it can emulsify various petroleum asphalts for road construction. In highway project, it is used for asphalt pavement such as slurry seal, penetration coat, cold mixing and cold paving, surface treatment, patching of potholes and subbase seal coat etc. The various property indicators of emulsion asphalt produced by this asphalt emulsifier meet PC-2 standards of JTG F40-2004.
